It wasn't all that long ago that Russell Moore was saying he had people saying to him that Jesus's forgive others didn't work in a modern setting and the usual suspects shot him down as a liar.

I pastored a church with some widows who were my parents or grandparents age, so I would often do home visits.
If it was a young women, I might suggest alternatives or pray with her in the foyer not my office. It all depends.

This is weird on multiple levels. (1) The guy has been in the US since he was 7 and is a naturalized citizen; (2) what exactly is the alternative to liberal democracy?
These guys just don't like that people are choosing differently so they want to shut it down.
