Graduate in philosophy and recently fascinated by neuroscience. I'm looking for learning tools and inputs. I'm an old dog trying to learn new tricks.
Also a climber.

The cat is debatable, USB isn’t! 😂

You've got mail.
«By August 25th, or maybe October 20th, you have to pay a protection fee of 25%, but maybe even 50%, negotiable!
Be careful! I know where you live and where your children go to school...

Concepts (and categories) can be dynamic, though, and that could cause confusion to step in.

Fun fact: a picture taken in 1984 in Venice. You see a young me and a young Pierbattista Pizzaballa 😉

In that case Trump has concept of a plan for occupying Kamchatka. For sure. 😒

Are we really just unarmed spectators of the slaughter some cruel estate agents are playing with our world? Is the world’s fate to be victim of those aged and oversized bullies?

Just a quick question:
Any online streaming of the morning class? 😏
I’m not sure I will watch it though… 😳

I would add just a quote:
“So far, nothing beats sex. Biologically, I mean.” ( @philipcball.bsky.social )

Some books more than others tear away the veil that mercifully covers the darkness, the vastness and the depth of what I do not know.
This beautiful book is merciless 😫 and almost daunting 😬

Yet this is the way 🧠 💪🏻

Just arrived. I read the introduction and I want to thank you again for the suggestion! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Surely I’m going to love this book.

I would call it… dense! Amazing and with an incredibly heavy specific weight. Like: the first 30 minutes took me one hour and a half for listening to. So many notes to take, so many references to look for in my past readings.
Can’t thank you enough for the many diamonds (platinum, maybe?) you share.

«In any recipe there are stages, each of which depends on previous stages, so you can't just modify an early stage even if it would be in principle useful because you'll violate the assumptions under which the later stages operate & you'll just create a big mess»

#Metacognition created brand new environment and many new niches to live in: arts, philosophy, jurisprudence and many others. #ImperialFora are a place where these niches have been lived and explored in depth.

Wow!
It has landed in Italy!
Now, since I felt compelled by its title to buy this book, have I been somehow determined to do that? Or did I exercised my free will by choosing according to my motivations?
Dunno 😵‍💫

Ordinary Men: The "Forgotten Holocaust", Netflix (based on “Ordinary Men: Reserve Police Battalion 101 and the Final Solution in Poland” by C.R.Browning)
