Today is my birthday, and all I want is for you to play w all your hearts.
This is the last pic I took of my father. It's the last time I saw him before the dementia took him away. We watched #Oilers games together whenever we could. He would love this series.

I know rescue dogs often have a lot of anxiety, but do they all do this? Every once in a while Tiki climbs on top of me and puts her face as close to mine as she can.

Today we took Tiki to Jordan River, where my father worked at the logging camp in the 40's. It was neat to look out at the view and think my teenaged dad saw the same thing

This is Dash. She was trained as a seeing eye before her litter was removed from the program (for reasons unrelated to her incredible awesomeness). Their loss was our gain. We lost her 3 years ago. She was the very best of dogs.
