Also I'm highly suspicious that increasing the dose on one of my meds was the biggest factor in sending me into such a bad crash and significantly reducing my baseline.

So I'm working on getting off that medication now. 👍🏽

Omg yes!! Cat hasn't been coming in my room as much because I needed to have the door closed the first week of this crash. But he also preferred it when I was at my desk and he got the whole bed, sometimes he steals my spot!

I'm (slowly) coming out of it and able to move more, I have a pregnancy pillow in a vacuum bag somewhere that I might give a try, but I've also got a pillow already on my bed that's similar that I can try. Thanks for the suggestion!
