We're letting corporations off easy on taxes, so we have to pay more to make up for that. We pay corporations subsidies out of those taxes. We allow corporations to prevent their employees from getting benefits so that Healthcare has to deal with chronic health problems rather than being proactive.

Lots of talk about potential pandemics in the future. Understandably so. One of the biggest threats to global health is the anti-vax movement. I'd love to start a discussion on possible ways to incentivise people to get their shots.
I think childhood education is important, but not the only option..
