How do I ban Russians from my Facebook groups? I am able to block nationalities (Facebook allows this and I have banned Russia + some others) from my FB pages but not from my Facebook groups.

I realize that today on my birthday that I have privilege. I can get to travel (Im still in Hong Kong), I can have luxury goods as gifts, I get to enjoy tours about democracy (like EU parliament), and I can enjoy content creation and photography on holiday- while thinking about my future/migration.
