I baked cabbage steaks with portobello mushrooms! Also bought electric salt & pepper grinders🥬🧂🧂I love cauliflower steaks, cabbage steaks, same principle applies, loads of seasonings and olive oil. After cooking I drizzled with black truffle oil 😋

#SundayDinner 🥢 ginger scallion chili crisp sauce, crispy ground pork and plant noodles 😋 I was able to repurpose yesterday’s portobello 🍄🟫 and cabbage 🥬 really came out so good! Nearly zero carbs from the plant noodles, taste like chow fun noodles, amazing! Cheers!

doing some food prep before tomorrow ☺️🥔 Yukon gold mashed potatoes, boiled in chicken broth then whipped with butter, sea salt and black truffle oil. Absolutely fantastic! Getting them in the frig before I eat them all 🥰 wooden spoon prevents any pot from boiling over 🙌🏽

Cheers Fam! 3lbs wild King Salmon slow roasted on bed of orange slices & fennel in Spanish olive oil, it’s like butter when slow roasted, cooked an hour at 275F. Sautéed spinach, homemade garlic mashed taters with parsley butter shrimp. Baked brie & rosemary crackers app😋🙏🏽

I make this every Sunday for work week lunches. It’s easy, healthy and filling. I vary it every week but mostly the same: ground chicken, steamed broccoli heads and brown rice, all put together with EVOO, garlic, kosher salt/pepper, onions, all purpose seasoning 🥳😋
