Nice! I’ll be volunteering this year and my goal is to run it in 2024 🤞🏾. I just completed my first half last weekend with another in a few weeks. 🏃🏾‍♀️

I also like the Drive mode which comes on automatically when I connect my phone to CarPlay. I was compelled to use it when I’d be driving, jamming to a good song and all of a sudden, I’d be caught up in a live group text thread that would interrupt my music. But also, it’s a safer way to drive lol.

I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been, and that has included being okay with being unplugged and just sitting with my own thoughts and letting them wander with no specific destination...

Historically, I would spend a ridiculous amount of time trying to curate a playlist of music or podcasts to play while I workout. I viewed working out as a time to ingest more information. It took time, but I’m now able to just go workout - go on long runs - without any additional stimuli.
