Odd suggestion, but you might actually need to change your mousepad, not your mouse. They can get a bit worn after long enough use, and sometimes they stop registering properly to the mouse.

Another vote for Logitech, been using them since around 2008/9, and they last great! Plus, they have a li'l slot inside, next to where the battery goes, where you can store the widget that connects them to the computer if you need to for some reason. 💚🐭

There, now you have an official note you can show your brain demons if they're being a pain. If said demons continue to engage in malicious tomfoolery after that you present them with it, it's a violation of code 12 section 73 and the Hat Man gets to eat them.

Logically it's also reasonable to say, "Hey, this piece of media has been a constant support for me for twenty years, and it's about to be finished, and that scares me really badly, and I need some help because I don't know how to process it." Sounds like a natural, understandable struggle.

Granted, modern blue lights are often a bit too intense compared to the other colours, but also ALL the colours on this string hurt your retinas. They're all tiny LED spotlights for some reason. The green ones were deceptively piercing, #betrayedbymyfavs. :(

I'm a multi-coloured truther (who respects single-colour truthers), but hard agree with your about modern LED multi-colours. Ex: my dad brought these home tonight. It was objectively the Wrong Choice, and they have been thankfully relegated to outdoor use, because they physically hurt to look at.
