whoops, as an addendum - I see the PSC seats are in fact statewide ballots but we haven't seen returns from some counties yet which is why I thought otherwise. Nonetheless, this doesn't affect the state/federal distinction.

I think the gentle distinction here is that although Ossof and Warnock won statewide, those were federal seats. The PSC seats (from what I can see in the returns) were not statewide but are state level.

I'm not going anywhere near the shooter's motive or ideology. I'm just pointing out the skill to make the shot is not uncommon in our society.

nah, you just need to practice. Most experienced hunters could make that shot with the gear in their basement.
