As someone who never even tried TikTok, I find it funny to see so many people complain about how "cringy" it is to go back to Instagram and/or other platforms. That main character syndrome is what's cringy. There are other ways to fish for attention, like knitting in a public space *cough*

Had an appoinment with my wonderful therapist who spoke with my psychiatrist – minutes later my updated prescription included two boxes of Rubifen with a smaller dose which are easier to find. Celebrating (self-medicating) with some caffeine before re-entering the bliss of silence and tranquility.

I've been singing for 30 years and played drums and trombone. I can sight-sing and harmonize easily.
Today, however, I took my first ever music theory class, offered by my music school Metal Academy. I can sing an A/la because of tuning fork but maybe now I'll also learn where it's on the staff 😂
