I wonder how many times @santanderukhelp are going to feel they need to tell me that "Our app is getting a makeover" because while they might be able to claim that once was a "service message" by the fourth time I'm pretty sure it's just marketing which I have not consented to!

If @santanderukhelp are going to insist on an eight character alphanumeric OTP code for every login then they could at least let us paste the damned thing in to the form! It's not like a client side onpaste="return false" will stop anybody with nefarious intent...

Putting "RE:" in the subject when it's not a reply is a scammy marketer trick to try and make people think it's a reply to something they asked @Outfoxthemarket :-(

If this email is genuine @brewserbeer then how am I expected to answer it when I have no idea what the list is for or what you're going to send to it? How will it differ from the emails I already get from you as a subscriber?

I fail to see why @PolicyExpert bother to include an unsubscribe link in their marketing emails given that it quite obviously doesn't actually do anything - maybe the third or fourth time will work but I'm betting not and I'll still get another email in a week or two :-(

Wondering how on earth @HalifaxBank expect me to sign the back of my new card when the signature box is less than 3cm long - basically half the length of the old card!
