Best I can tell the ONLY part of the game that actively encourages PvP is these "deal damage to raiders" feats? I love the fact PvP is an option as it seems the majority of people are happy being friendly but it keeps you on your toes with every player interaction.

I just spent the evening with a “deal damage to raiders” feat to do but didn’t do it at all because every. single. person. we came across was friendly and either wanted to help or were happy minding their own business. I really hope that way of playing doesn’t go away as people progress.
