Yesterday‘s drawing is the first time i used my PC tablet in a while and it feels a little flat, I think having a portable one helps me a lot in the rough sketching stage since I have a more comfortable angle

Ikari II may be the game that has the biggest gap between arcade and home playability I’ve messed with since eliminating the ‘twist’ means you can’t pick up the sword and trivially parry bullets for the rest of the game

I used to regularly check in on a website where someone posted art of their characters in anticipation of starting a comic starring them called Emiko's Genesis (later Genesis Chronicles iirc) and once I dreamt I bought their book that didn't exist and searched my room for it after waking up

A nice Magmax arcade cabinet (Nichibutsu, 1985). I love that they just used the side art for the NES box art, but wish they hadn’t changed the color from red to pink-ish.

The thing about CrunchyRoll’s enshittification is that normally I’m a big proponent of supporting official channels but if the money from subscriptions isn’t being used to pay talent and labour and the quality suffers as a result, then morally what’s the purpose of supporting those official means?
