What’s the easiest 5/5 stars you’ve ever given a movie?

Went into All That Heaven Allows (1955) thinking I’d be rolling my eyes at the melodrama and how straight it was, came out of it a less cynical person. It’s like it healed something in me.

An underappreciated moment in the Final Destination series is in the 4th one when you can tell an extremely stupid death is about to happen because this guy is standing in front of a fence that is entirely unlike any fence that has ever existed in all of human history.

So now all my purchasing decisions are weighed against what transition stuff I could use that money for instead. Takeout for dinner is half a shirt from H&M. A new video game is basically the price of a voice training lesson. The Switch 2 is around the price of LHR on my legs. So many decisions 🫠
