Probably the least interesting to me of the classic MM games so far. A lot of the bosses felt awkward for me. Beat is a great addition to the series.
It feels very similar to what came directly before-- makes sense given how fast these came out back then!

Truly wild it took them 4 games to introduce the iconic charge shot on the mega buster. Overall a solid game! I really love the opening cinematic and how they went for a bit of a twisty story in this one. Not my favorite classic MM, but I enjoyed it!

A really fantastic compilation that even acts as its own unique entry in the series. I honestly wish more remakes took the approach this game did-- it made the original trilogy feel much more cohesive!
It's so cool this game became more accessible in recent years!

Honestly, a dream game of mine is just "Fire Emblem, but if it looks like it came out for N64" 😂

Not exactly what I wanted it to be, but I respect the approach this game took to letting us pull the curtain back a bit on Zelda's time in the past
Calamo and the Knight Construct are excellent. Cadlan is my fav

All 1025 mons caught thanks to help from my closest friends in life.
I'm that much closer to becoming a true Pokémon master-- something childhood me could only dream of!!!

It's surreal to play a modern Pokémon game with respectable performance 😂
I really enjoyed the gameplay loop of the main story, and it was super fun to raise a team and explore Lumiose.
The postgame has some huge issues imo, but I still had fun completing the dex!

Just a total banger of a game!!! Improved from the first in every way. That said, it really stands out as a nice complement to its predecessor-- rather than a small-scale, interpersonal drama, you get to jump into an epic, large scale war of gods and titans. It's excellent all around!

This is honestly not the kind of game I would usually play, but I made an exception for it since it's written by R07.
It's very good! I can definitely tell where the R07 vibes come from, even beyond just the superficial parallels to Higu.
Overall a solid game, just not my style!

It's always a delight when Hal puts out anything Kirby-- they are so consistent! This extra mini campaign is a great excuse to enjoy the NSW2 improvements, and I really enjoyed how many dope new tunes were made for this.
Now make a new game!!

Took me many, many years, but I finally finished both NSMBU and Super Luigi U!
Honestly, it's a shame the series got oversaturated and this was harshly overlooked, it might be my favorite of the NSMB games. Luigi U also has a ton of great challenges!

After the agonizing wait of... *Checks notes* 4 days, I finally got to play Silksong 😂
Took 42 hrs for all endings as well as a ton of great optional bosses and platforming challenges.
An absolute beast of a game that I feel *extremely* satisfied to have overcome.

Either way I'm quite pleased to see loose connective lore make its way back to FE. I always loved how there were certain things that tied the first five games together while still allowing them to feel distinct

(My direct highlight was Fire Emblem, of course)
