Yeah, I have raised and lowered it a few times (at the expense of my hairline, which I'll admit kind of wrecked me), but I am struggling to find the best balance. My numbers are better but I'm unhappy with my body's progression and still don't feel "right."

I would be very interested in learning more about this as I had issues with hormone balance after my hysto (too low of both T & E), have had trouble w E & progesterone so we changed low dose T to typical dosing, but I wonder often if there's a better combo. I'll have to research! Thx for sharing 🩵
