Clocked the first couple of hours of Demonschool. Its more scooby doo than persona, and more devil survivor than scooby doo, so I'm really enjoying it so far.
These characters are pretty overtly cartoon archetypes but its working for me.

Okay but also Dispatch was BLISTERINGLY heterosexual and I think we need to adjust that in whatever they do next lmao
Finished Dispatch last night. Feels like a real successor to telltale games and I immediately wished I had more.

Letting myself be mean here but I think the pedestal this book has been put on is a little ridiculous. Six of Crows is a perfectly 3.5, 4/5 genre YA book that doesn't really do anything innovative or crazy. Why is this constantly touted as a triumph of the genre
