(Crassus had a 500-man fire brigade, mostly slaves, who would arrive at a burning house and then basically stand there doing nothing until the owner agreed to sell him the property for a crazy low price. Or he'd buy the land for less after the house burned. www.google.com/amp/s/imperi...
Isn't it that you have air rights only up to a certain (fairly low) height, which varies by jurisdiction, correct? Or am I way off base here?
