IMO it's a fairly safe guess that the individuals who are thinking making vaccines e.g. MMRV all separate jabs under the guise of 'parent choice' have not been responsible for bringing young children or school-age ones to a clinic or Dr. office. I'm a retired Public Health Nurse!

A good example of Alberta's Smith's legislative skill. Impose a high cost on vaccines like COVID very likely leading to many not able to take advantage of it resulting in a low # of vaccine doses used. Smith can then say 'See, I told you so. COVID jabs are not wanted'. :(
