I have had the Bonnie Garmus 2022 Lessons In Chemistry novel on my reading list for awhile. Lots of dry wit. Definitely a career change in the story of Elizabeth Zott.

In getting ready to celebrate Canada'S 158th birthday on July 1, I picked up a copy of Margaret Laurence's 'The Fire Dwellers'. By chance came across National Film Board 9 min. 1985 doc Writer In the Nuclear Age-A Conversation (with Laurence). Very timely with all the turmoil.
