When I started to be an #AppleWatch user in the beginning of 2020, I couldn't imagine to be able to manage an uninterrupted (!) series of 2000 days of meeting all physical targets the watch had set for me - what I achieved today. A personal record for eternity, probably.

Großeltern sind ja berechtigterweise genauso in der Zielgruppe für Aktivitäten im Zusammenhang mit dem #Muttertag wie Mütter. Heute haben uns die Enkel dieses herzallerliebste Kunstwerk gebracht.

Nicht Euer Ernst, @MizunoRunningEU : Ich kaufte vor ein paar Jahren ein Paar #Mizuno-Laufschuhe "auf Vorrat" und brachte sie heute erstmals zum Einsatz. Nach 5 Kilometern lösten sich auf beiden Seiten Teile der Sohle ab. Die teueren Schuhe sind reif für die Müll. Miese Qualität.

Nicht Euer Ernst, @MizunoRunningEU : Ich kaufte vor ein paar Jahren ein Paar #Mizuno-Laufschuhe "auf Vorrat" und brachte sie heute erstmals zum Einsatz. Nach 5 Kilometern lösten sich auf beiden Seiten Teile der Sohle ab. Die teueren Schuhe sind reif für die Müll. Miese Qualität.

I attended the opening of CMT, one of the largest European fairs for tourism and caravaning, in Stuttgart today. 2025 #CMT partner country is India, and the ceremony had a traditional Indian dancing performance, reminding me strongly of similar experiences during my trip to India 2024.

Meine #Wärmepumpe hat für Heizung (215 qm Wohnfläche) und Warmwasserbereitung (>4 warmduschende Erwachsene) im Jahr 2024 ingesamt 5.456 kWh Strom gebraucht, die ich hätte vom Netz beziehen müssen. Dank #PV-Anlage waren nur 1.484 kWh Netzbezug nötig. #pvbuddies

My #Photovoltaic system‘s daily production had been slightly below the magic threshold of 100 kWh three times in April 2024 already. Today, it was exceeded for the first time in 2024, with a total of 101.8 kWh at a peak capacity of 24.4 kWp. #pvbuddies

Schönes Gefühl für einen privaten PV-Betreiber, wenn an einem noch nicht mal sehr sonnigen Nachmittag am Frühlingsanfang der komplette Strombedarf des Hauses incl. Wärmepumpe gedeckt wird, der Akku rappelvoll ist und schlappe 11 kW Überschlussleistung ins Netz geht. #pvbuddies
