NASA ROSES is out (delayed from Valentine's Day) and there is *nothing* in it for cryosphere research. While the ice sheets are melting, sea ice cover is shrinking, permafrost is slumping, sea level is rising...NASA cannot fund you to work on any of it.
NASA science friends, ROSES-25 just dropped.

It's slim pickings. Here are *all* the program being solicited for the next seven months.
