George Lazenby literally turned to camera and said "this never happened to the other fellow" (before the next film going back to Connery) which shows they should never take it this seriously...

It's a distinct issue in the US with institutions like the judiciary far more entwined with politics, and easier to call out 'bias' even where there isn't one.

But there has been a concerted effort for decades, by those with certain agendas to bring that perception to the UK to enervate trust.

Everything from judiciary to science to medicine to even evidence viewed with eyes and ears is called out by extremes of our politics for having an inherent bias - true/relevant or not - coupled with an organisation which feels obliged to cave into that for the sake of 'balance', then we end up here

RIP Tatsuya Nakadai
Incredible career.
I guarantee that you will not guess what happens at the end of this epic stare down. Preposterously brilliant.

Might have to binge watch Kurosawa/Nakadai films all weekend now, from Yojimbo to High and Low to Ran.

One of the great director/actor duos of all time.

Or rather in recent decades, everything in Britain is about badly failing miscategorising what class you are.

Everything in Britain is about class. That's it.

Would not be surprised if* we see a big change in attitude becoming much more vocal against Trumpism from those in Labour come the election in this

*I mean, big if. If the general election comes after the 2028 and Trump loses/if there is a US election at all
