Congress needs to act; they hold the purse strings, and they can cut military assets used by the executive branch to pay National Guard troops sent to states where the governor has not requested federal support. America has a crazed, thoughtless Commander-in-Chief; he's unhinged and out of control.

Any rational human saw this coming; it was obvious that Trump wanted violence. It's why he abused his office and authority as commander in chief to send National Guard troops to the streets of our cities; he has created the conditions for violence, because he wants the military to kill Americans.
