Yes Schumer needs to go, he cannot meet the moment. Just saying show votes to send a message are usually counterproductive. It’s done for feels, they don’t people convince to vote. It spotlights powerlessness. WORK to elect Democrats! We are not soulless, we are not do nothing, we are just too few.

disagree. There are lots of reasons people don’t vote, but a lack of “show votes” by congress which accomplish nothing isn’t the biggest IMO. And there are real electoral costs involved when the party looks silly or ineffectual (the signs at Trump’s speech, etc) winning elections takes work from US
