Thank you - this puts into words the feeling I kept getting from these sorts of nostalgia images/posts that I couldn't quite unpick and explain.

I highly recommend this book if you're up for it. It isn't a light read, and deals with abuse, religious trauma, mentally ill parents, and the process of unlearning and relearning, but it was very well written and I will probably think about it for a very long time.

I am so glad that I'm out of the estate planning (legal assistant) field by this point; if I was ever required to use AI for drafting estate plans I would have walked outright.

They wanted me to use it for emails, to save time. I didn't do that, either. 😂
