Detroit specific: Remember that SNL "Cluckin' Chicken" commercial, where Sandler voices a cartoon chicken who gets beheaded & goes through the process of becoming food? That's what WWJ's Charlie Langton sounds like to me. Why they send this guy to gut-wrenching accidents & crime scenes is beyond me.

I needed a baritone guitar and didn't need a bronco bass, so I luthiered with the grace and tact of the trump administration on this mother fucker. No measurements, strictly eyeballing.
Unlike trump however, this thing defied odds and actually intonated.

There are possibly thousands of images giving insight as to what the coloration of a spark plug means, but this one I lifted covers the basics / most likely ones to be encountered. Older but still ok plugs in an optimal environment will start to look more like the "lean" condition plug.

Non political content: did you know that you can "read" a spark plug and get insight as to the inner workings of your internal combustion engine? I've personally never seen red; til now. There's a couple ways this can happen, but if everything else is ok, this is due to iron in some octane boosters.

@netflix.com gained ~19 million subscribers in the last 3 months of 2024 and they're raising prices. Co-CEO's Greg Peters & Ted Sarandos are knocking it out of the park and deserve high praise / clear recognition of their names & what they look like! Three cheers to these business leaders!

One day, a guy brings in an "Austin Marina." An unimpressive little UK car that pretty much nobody bought and nobody would work on. One of the mechanics at the shop, an older more experienced guy (Frank) says it needed a rebuild and he'd do it. Customer agrees, leaves the car, Frank starts teardown.

People fixate on back to the future inconsistencies such as the Gibson ES345 not existing until 1958, but nobody talks about the Delorean wheels having a 4x100mm bolt pattern and being replaced by steel wheels with half moon hubcaps. Probably not impossible by 55 standards, but still improbable.
