Ukraine and Russia both have a ton of drone warfare experience. If they shot it down, the Ukraininans could definitively tell us who it belongs to. Over in Ukraine, Russians are using drones to hunt down Ukrainians individually. They know what they're doing -- they've had 2 years of practic.
