Good luck! Adding some pictures of our demolition in case it brings you comfort. We had to move every single thing to a different place: the bath, the shower etc. But it was well worth it just to get rid of the electric shitter. The stuff of nightmares.

That looks a lot like mine but I have the black Aquila strings. I think it’s an original U bass mahogany.
It came with a Kala fitted semi-hard case - I got it from Bassdirect.co.uk and it might be worth talking to them.
I mostly play Irish on mine but sometimes jazz.

I read that article. I didn’t love it, honestly, because although it does present very worthwhile information, eg the Cochrane study, it does have a tendency to leap to unjustified hyperbole. I might have missed it but I don’t think it quantifies high or low doses.

This is inside mine. Sorry the pictures aren’t very clear. The chamber is to the left of the centre, and not too far back. You can’t really see it in these pics though - I was just trying to elicit sympathy from my family!
