Foot said no to going out to a holiday party tonight. Iced it for 1/2 hour, rested for an hour, joined my online meditation group who chatted about “Teachings on love” calling on your ancestors, spirits and tarot.
I’m lucky to have them.

I seem to have this amazing knack of doing loads of things that test my mobility, right before a big pressure drop.
I think I’ve been scared to admit this really is a condition, but I can’t keep pretending it was only this one time I couldn’t walk after this delightful combo. #disabilty

My foot was killing me, so I booked some grocery items to be delivered in Instacart and was pleasantly surprised to find out I could order to foodbanks ALL ACROSS THE COUNTRY, with no fees.
I know they make money off this, but it still feels nice to be able to help inside while it rains.
