Since this story was published three hours ago, I have been able to confirm nearly 200 more students at a couple dozen more colleges, universities and university systems across the country.
Was part of this effort that confirmed at least 600 students at more than 90 colleges and universities across the U.S. have had visas revoked or legal status terminated in recent weeks, according to a review of university statements & correspondence with school officials.

We’ve tested using a large language model to help reporters and editors identify perceived bias in a story. It’s an interesting use case — when the journalist decides whether and how to address any perceived bias the machine may point out.

The White House barred a credentialed Associated Press reporter and photographer from boarding Air Force One Friday for a weekend trip with Donald Trump, saying the news agency’s stance on how to refer to the Gulf of Mexico was to blame for the exclusion.
