Recovery from #depression. Working intuitively with watercolour crayons. I've found that it's very therapeutic to first rub the colour on the paper to express your emotional state and then spread it calmingly with water and a brush. #arttherapy #mentalhealth

While recovering from depression I had a small sketchbook in which I painted an unplanned picture almost every day, that is, intuitively, expressing that what was in my mind at the time. Rarely did I have the patience to do anything so precise... #arttherapy #painting #watercolour #depression

There are three types of nouns in German: “der” (masculine), “die” (feminine) and “das” (neutral), as if things and objects had some kind of gender. But if the gender/sex of objects can be determined, it’s at least not based on the quality of their genitals! 🤔😁 #transrights #nonbinary #genderqueer

Gender is a biopsychosocial phenomenon. Genitals don’t determine it. Gender identity is one's own experience. Not everyone identifies with any gender. Does it even always have to be defined? Any kind of classification can be a tool for exercising power. #genderqueer #agender #nonbinary #transgender
