Well stated, Tom Axworthy. SROs continue to build relationships with students in other Winnipeg-based school divisions. It also happens less formally in rural school divisions. The Winnipeg SD seems to be the outlier here.

While on our drive across North-of-Superior, we stopped at Old Woman Bay in Lake Superior Provincial Park. We encountered a couple from Iowa who seemed both surprised and pleased with our warm welcome.
