ICE only has about 20-30,000 employees nationwide. Including desk jobs so there's even fewer armed. It's smaller than the NYPD.
There's a reason they do their mega raids on one or two cities at a time, and it's not optics. It's because that's all the dudes they've got.

My take: Maduro=bad. Regime change for a US-first administration=bonkers. Rubio talked Trump into it so he can be hailed a regime-change hero and move on to the BIG prize: Cuba! While over 60 years overdue, Rubio will always be Lil' Marco. No te queremos, pendejo.
