@johnlewisretailcom.bsky.social You have just lost your second Customer Director in 3 years. Is this the explanation as to why my complaint about a review being censored and buried has gone ignored (was promised a response in 48 hrs on 16th Dec after weeks of chasing ). Or do you just not care?
