Chuck Grassley grounded me. Ground Chuck. Chuck wagon. Chuckie cheese. I tried to wrangle him in a claw machine, but ground beef is like sand.

In a world where men have nearly full spectrum dominance in all areas (academia, the arts, athletics, economics, management, and on and on), it’s *impossible* for their not to be male role models. The whiners seek overtly chauvinistic male role models.

Right, the Conservative movement’s endgame resulted in leaders engaged in and/or encouraging pedophilia, kidnapping, censorship, looting of the Treasury and an assortment of other atrocities; they can all STFU for the rest of the century.

If you don’t know how to fight for the rights of the vulnerable and marginalized, you don’t know how to fight for rights at all. Total liberation is strategically clear, and morally imperative.

The way the commentariat think of the Republican Party is more appropriately applied to the Democratic Party. Conservatives have always been a one-note extension of the Confederates, wholly compromised of bigots and authoritarians, thieves and genociders.

America’s renaissance, should it arrive, will be powered by polices that ensure our cities thrive.
I strongly believe that a staunch defense and open adoration of our cities are critical parts of the path back from fascism's global rise. Cities are not only wonderful exemplars of how multi-racial and multi-cultural democracies can thrive, but their energies can be propulsive. Love thy cities!

Framing it as a test of their relationship is ludicrous of course, given that the dynamic is an authoritarian illicitly punishing a political enemy. If I’m controlling the rope as you dangle off a cliff, my choice to let go of it or not isn’t a test of our relationship!
