2. DoJ blocks release due to "pending investigation" (of the Dems named)

This is so easy to see , wonder why you are not pointing it out , DOJ has opened investigation so by giving republicans permission to vote yes , lets them then claim , I voted to release but DOJ has its own rules , covering them from scrutiny
