I'm working on a 3D fishing game. It's like Dredge...but different.
How spooky should night fishing be? I'm trying to figure out if I include a mechanic to make the night more treacherous to fish in

What do you look for in a fishing game? I'm planning on having rpg elements to deepen the experience.

Remember you can follow this account to see all the cool boat mechanics I'm building in #godot !

A placeholder boat during the sunset.

The boat model is just a placeholder I quickly mocked up.

I finally finished my deep-dive article on DOGWALK, like I promised :D
All about making a playable character in Godot with a choppy animation style! Plenty of visual examples & code snippets! Took quite a while to put together.

I made a starter pack for indie horror devs who are cool people (no racism, no sexism, and no hate against the LGBTQIA+ community)
Also no AI and no porn.
If you want to join, please tell me about the cool horror game you're working on😊

A sped up version of my day->night cycle. Sky shaders are incredibly fun to work with.

I hooked them up to gradients so I could animate the color transitions. #godot #indiedev #gamedev

Working on a Tetris style inventory for my game! I haven't gotten rotation implemented yet, but the logic for checking a series of cords is in. #godot #gamedev #indiedev
