Sauerkraut project, days 12 & 8.
Surprisingly, the one on the right—started 11-16–looks like it has caught up to the one on the left—started 11-12.
Last time I tasted the 11-12 was early yesterday (11-24). Pretty good, but still very crunchy. I’m serving it on Thanksgiving, regardless. 🤷🏻♀️
