I went to a physics-related conference last weekend and met a lot of physics students who were also into learning to observe the sky. We had several good conversations about favorite sky sites (Orion Nebula, etc.) and also about observing meteor showers.

Can we get an effort going to archive the NOAA web pages before the purge takes place?

Now seems as good a time as any to get this BlueSky account moving. I still have a presence on Twitter, but that'll end as soon as I download my data, etc.
