I am thrilled to share that our first two volumes are written by the wondrous Avalyn Hunter, who crafted the story of Holy Bull, and the accomplished Lenny Shulman, who lent his veteran skills to the career of the great A.P. Indy.

So this is my (intentionally) vague list of fiction projects I want to write. And yes that is 12 books. The first six are a series and the middle three are a second series and then the last three are another separate series. My biggest hindrance honestly has been confidence.

I have a pretty extensive library of books abt horse racing, but I still lack a few essentials that are just flat outside of my budget. The Racing in America series (five books covering the sport from 1665 to 1979) is one of those. I've seen complete sets sell for $1,500 or more.

After nearly 18 months, I'm finally at a substantial word count on book 3, A Crown Most Splendid. I finished the first draft of Chapter 1, so the introduction and Chapter 1 are just under 7,000 words. Only about 88k and 17 or more chapters to go!
