Talk about letting a country descend back into degradation. That said FDR did indeed say this while it was only the White Americans who enjoyed or were given these rights... Even if it was not stated to be so. Segregation did not "end" before 1965, and the last lynching in 1981. Or maybe not...
81 years ago, FDR proposed a second Bill of Rights to guarantee every American the right to employment, healthcare, education, housing, and a living income. His words are as relevant now as they were then. Watch.

Bas-Saint-Laurent is a maritime region in Quebec and one of my favorites to visit in Canada. Its seafood, sunsets, and beaches make it a local gem.
I visited a beautiful region in Canada with incredible waterfront sunsets and fresh seafood. It's a true local gem.

Rand Paul: "When you kill someone, if you're not in a declared war, you really need to know someone's name at least. You have to accuse them of something. You have to present evidence. So all of these people have been blown up without any evidence of a crime."

The pure insanity of US immigration, and lack of refugee policies. It is pure tragedy and one would hope that this grave woman gets her freedom, and refuge together with her family somewhere else than the US. Should she be returned to Iran at the whim of the Trump it means execution.

Not sure if Americans will get out and demonstrate for real. After all you are being stripped of everything. But people do not seem to get it. of course there will be riot police, and worse. But nothing comes without a struggle. So much for the land of the free.
