This is one of the darkest and funniest cookies I have ever seen. My hat's off to you, you history lover, you.

Money's a bit tight these days, but I'm definitely looking to get some stickers if I can. Best of luck, Kurt!

Farragut North? Why the heck were they near Farragut North? Secret Service already has President's Park (area around White House) on near-lockdown anyways.

Been keeping track of all the things you've been doing the past month. You've been fighting the hard fight, and the last thing I want is you hitting a nasty burnout. Rest up, and do what you have to do. Good luck.

*Squints at Zane's quote in chat*
Wait, that's shockingly normal and wholesome for a Zane quote.

I mean, nowadays many farmers in certain countries are pretty freakin' rich, so.
Also, I'd like the painting in the bottom right, please :p

My main concern is that almost all of this positive polling for Democrats is largely a byproduct of negative polling for Republicans. There's still the ongoing alienation of essential voting blocs, as well as the refusal to do anything beyond maintenance of former status quo. Hopefully I'm wrong.

I admire your restraint, Kat. A lesser person would've slugged her.

Incidentally, the film I'm alluding to was banned in Iran for "being too critical of Iranian society" or something like that.

Americans be like: Why am I suddenly in a chicken coop, and why are all these chickens snuggling up to me for bedtime?

Short-term pyrrhic wins for some, and long-term losses for us all. Politely, kick rocks and resign.

I appreciate you holding the line, and recognizing the need for long-term solutions. Disgusted with @kaine.senate.gov and his cowardice and capitulation. He needs to be primaried.

If anybody wants a good point-by-point breakdown, Bobby Kogan is a fantastic source of Senate budget wizardry. He worked under Sanders for years.
That said, call your Senators, and respectfully leave a message with their staff. Don't leave a voicemail, and don't write an e-mail. Those go nowhere.
3 GOOD: some real approps working right for the first time in EONS, built based on need & politics, not from toplines. SHALL language on backpay 4 feds. Good anti-RIF language we’d want to see continued

2 BAD: Nothing forces Trump to actually FOLLOW the approps. A vote we could have forced already
Text of the CR here. Negative implications galore.
