Went and saw "Wake Up Dead Man", the third film in the Knives Out franchise. I still think the first movie is the best, but good golly is this movie great. Borderline operatic in presentation.

Went and saw "Wake Up Dead Man", the third film in the Knives Out franchise. I still think the first movie is the best, but good golly is this movie great. Borderline operatic in presentation.

Worth reiterating that the Coast Guard is part of DHS, not the military.
So if this is "acceptable" Coast Guard policy, it's also probably an acceptable policy at ICE, CBP, Secret Service, and other agencies under DHS if it's not already.

Across the decades, it's quite fascinating how prominent the underlying theme "The system sucks. Inability to communicate sucks. Tradition sucks. Poverty really, REALLY sucks." permeates Iranian cinema.

Generally speaking, a good night across the board. But I'm praying that establishment Dems finally learn the right lessons this election, rather than treating the left flank as an existential threat to their power (because they are).

I love how there's been an active movement in the past couple years to resurrect standalone music players, like restored/modernized iPods and Tangaras. Fight with your wallets!

Oh, great, they're stepping up their attacks on Wikipedia. Look, Wikipedia isn't perfect. But it's one of the best websites left on the internet specifically because it holds itself to some pretty high standards.
