Haven't heard of Affinity until now, just tested it, was able to do my thumbnail workflow in about the same time it would take me in Photoshop. So if I get this to run under Linux, I only need an alternative RAW editor without the clunk that is Darktable to get rid of Adobe for good.

Not sure which distro for my desktop. Ubuntu, Fedora, Mint, Bazzite, ... maybe even Arch.
I need OBS and Davinci Resolve to play ball as well as Steam/Proton and Reaper.
Haven't found a suitable replacement for Lightroom or Photoshop yet. Darktable and GiMP don't cut it for me.

I've been using Linux on and off since the days of Suse Linux 5.0 or something more than 25 years ago. I wrote my university thesis on Mandrake 14 running on my then laptop with KILE (a KDE LaTeX environment) back in 2008. I have been trying various distros and currently Ubuntu on my laptop.

KSP + both DLCs are less than 25 EUR right now on Steam. That plus this mod is still not even half of what a triple A game is asking for nowadays.

I think the asking price is very much justified.
