I picked up an Ikawa roaster (UK micro roaster - 100g), but it's been great, and even for larger quantities can be used. When not looking for my next gig, I do a lot of random things, including baking bread. This is a no knead recipe that I think originally was from NYT cooking. Overnight rise/ferment on the counter (about 25 hours). Turned out fantastic. Can’t wait to try it. #gamedev #makingbreac
