One thing I miss about the UK is how fabulously people and pundits made fun of UK politicians and their politics. Doesn't happen so much here.
With Mark Carney back in the news in a big way, I'm wondering if this is anything? Probably not, but it's a Simpsons reference I don't get to use very often.
Let's inject a little humour into Canadian politics and politicians.

It's so interesting to come back from a totally disconnected holiday to find our government making plans to actively lose funds (cutting 407 toll fees) and also invest in something we really don't need (401 tunnel).

What is going on without Toronto's schools? This plus recent unexpected closures of some tdsb schools due to emergent needs to repair electrical and plumbing should be concerning to all parents.
Lead is very very bad, and the schools with repeated measurements above 10 ppb (like Central Technical) need immediate remediation.
