Kind of like how San Diego built waste water reclamation plants (yay!) but we're being gouged because SD can't sell our excess water to pay off the cost of the plants

Yeah, you need to have both--big signings and internal development. Would be great if more teams did both. They have profit sharing to account for some of that, but we really need a salary minimum. Teams are greedy.

Dodgers' three home runs to get within one, tie it, and go ahead were Max Muncy, Miguel Rojas, and Will Smith... Players who weren't being given a shot elsewhere, or were developed by the Dodgers. Yes, Dodgers do develop internally, and have depth because of it

After being fully remote in COVID, I'm hybrid now, but have a big floor to ceiling window in my shared office that has a view of... Interstate 5... and downtown San Diego. But I used to be stuck in a bunker with no windows and terrible climate control, so I understand.

I've always felt that large corporations should be required to create and manage the downstream recycling process for any products or packaging they create, and yours seems like a different flavor of this (though maybe less extreme).
