Oh, geez, sorry, LOL - I know what you mean; migraine has a sort of magical thinking, Voldemort-esque, he-who-shall-not-be-named quality about it - like an emotional/physical contagion! Sometimes my mom will be like "I can't think/talk about it..." so double thanks to you!!!
